Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT trends and HPE’s portfolio.
- Strong understanding of AI trends and HPE’s AI portfolio.
- Proven ability to deliver on sales objectives and close complex deals.
- Skilled in articulating a vision aligned with HPE’s strategy.
- Experienced in leading teams in a complex matrix organization.
- Understanding of the Cloud Service Provider landscape preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically, 6-10+ years of account management experience in the IT industry.
- Understanding and experience selling HPE AI products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Understands customer IT and business objectives to align HPE solutions with their priorities.
- Comfortable and experienced with engagement and cultivating executive relationships.
- Builds and executes plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Identifies opportunities, leads pipeline building, and drives deals to closure through multi-disciplinary teams.
- Applies knowledge of the AI market landscape and experience selling HPE HPC/AI solutions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Develops and governs partner relationships to maximize HPE’s presence in accounts.
- Leads the extended account team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure successful sales engagements.
