Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or a related client-facing role; ideally in investor relations, finance, or capital markets.
  • Ability to manage large, complex client accounts independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize projects and deliverables with competing timelines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of resourcefulness and self-starter attitude, combined with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with financial and market data platforms, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex client projects and deliverables from inception through completion, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes tailored to client goals and exceeding client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients and ensure consistent, high-quality support on all professional services. Resolve issues independently and proactively identify areas where we can add value.
  • Leverage your capital markets expertise to deliver actionable recommendations to shape clients’ IR strategies, including targeting, reporting, and market monitoring.
  • Partner with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, R&D, and Marketing to execute and address client needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Professional Services processes, tools, and service offerings, contributing to the ongoing growth, success, and enablement of the team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with FactSet would be an asset.
