Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High-level skill set in Excel
Responsibilities
- Use of the Vendor Management Service (VMS) Technologies used (currently 3)
- Job Order Management: Post, fill, cancel, and offer extensions at the direction of the client (based on service level offering)
- Confirmation Management: adjustments to bill rate and start/end dates of contract, send welcome letters
- Respond to Supplier, internal, and customer inquiries promptly, utilizing customer focus techniques and clear communication to educate on the process and resolve issues
- Staff profile management: prescreen candidates, virtual interview management, set up interviews with the client, and decline and reject staff profile submissions
- Collaborate with the compliance and onboarding teams to streamline processes and avoid missed or delayed starts
- Collaborate with Billing/Accounts Receivable team members to share workload to ensure achievement of team deadlines and deliverables, and ensure time is approved timely manner without revenue leakage
- Run Client reports (scheduled or on demand), create Customer Support tickets using Salesforce for technical support with Supplier additions, building additional units or facilities, etc.
- A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one of the VMS technologies
- Understanding existing processes and contributing fresh ideas to enhance team efficiency and implement new, streamlined workflows.
