Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Services, Learning & Development, Program Management with a strong training component, or a Client Success enablement role.
- Deep understanding of Client Services functions (e.g., delivery, client management, reporting, consulting).
- Experience in coaching frameworks, knowledge retention strategies, and scalable enablement infrastructures.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the Digital Strategy Manager (DSM) certification program, ensuring Client Services team members are fully equipped to drive client success.
- Design and launch onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time for new CS team members.
- Develop ongoing training and enablement programs to enhance the CS team’s ability to drive measurable client impact.
- Partner with Client Services leadership to align enablement efforts with business priorities and evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with CS Operations to drive key operational initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and continuously optimize training programs.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure enablement materials are aligned with the latest product updates and client needs.
- Support change management initiatives as Applecart scales the Client Services organization.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously gather insights from the CS team and refine enablement strategies accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Seismic, Gong, Confluence, or similar enablement tools is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where enablement is being built from the ground up.
