Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client-focused initiatives
- Assist in creating and managing compliance approved client communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media content
- Help organize and execute client events and webinars
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance approved marketing materials and client-facing documents
- Process client requests for check issuance and money/security transfers in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to client requests for information regarding their accounts
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to account operations
- Assist in processing operational forms and documents
