Requirements
- 1-2 years of client service experience or related business experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems independently, with minimal supervision
- Maintains a positive, client-focused attitude and delivers proactive, high-quality service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- Support the onboarding of new clients by preparing and submitting all required documentation, including applications, disclosures, and account forms
- Manage ongoing client communications by preparing and distributing account updates, statements, and other correspondence
- Collect and organize client documents needed for financial planning, account servicing, or investment reviews
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, follow-ups, and advisor meetings with accuracy and professionalism
- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment, supporting a diverse and complex portfolio of client relationships
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of account transactions, including contributions, distributions, rollovers, and transfers
- Participate in ongoing training and development through internal resources, team meetings, and compliance or practice management sessions
- Assist in financial planning efforts by compiling data, maintaining planning software, and generating client-ready reports
- Utilize CRM systems to record client interactions, manage follow-up tasks, and track key workflow milestones
- Serve as a liaison with custodians, vendors, and internal departments to resolve account issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Safeguard all client and company information, maintaining confidentiality in line with firm and regulatory policies
- Perform additional administrative or client service duties as needed to support advisor operations and client engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Some College Experience preferred
- Wealth management experience preferred
