Requirements
- 2 years of prior sales or client relationship manager experience
- Ability to build relationships and serve all types of business professionals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Passion for helping others achieve financial peace and alignment with Ramsey principles
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate monthly group coaching calls with providers
- Communicate regularly with your book of business via Zoom, phone and email
- Maintain high monthly retention of client base
- Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM
- Foster a high level of accountability with clients
- Look for ways to help providers thrive and identify opportunities to expand their impact
