Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years within the investment management space.
  • Alternative investment (hedge fund, private credit, private equity, infrastructure and/or real estate) experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint and data visualization capabilities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn complex business concepts.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, compelling, and client-focused content that strengthens relationships across channels, partners, and regions.
  • Coordinate the marketing aspect of product launches and initiatives, including the creation of fundraising marketing materials, and support the plans for bringing them to market.
  • Create and disseminate technical pitch presentations that are supported by compelling data visualizations to effectively sell GCM Grosvenor’s capabilities.
  • Design and maintain marketing deliverables including fund brochures, market outlooks, conference materials, deal insights that support capital raise efforts and client engagement.
  • Manage internal project plans and timelines including stakeholder, operational, and legal and compliance approvals to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly marketing material updates, leading the efforts to ensure product positioning remains appropriate and is consistent across all related materials.
  • Retrieve, analyze and ensure data is accurate and applicable.
  • Operate effectively in a deadline driven, constantly changing environment.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
