Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Legal research and writing experience
- Ability to analyze and summarize complex legal information
- Effective communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and summarize relevant case law or statutes
- Communicate with claim business partners and plaintiff attorneys regarding case status
- Support the discovery process by obtaining records, reviewing documents, and organizing trial materials
- Assist clients in responding to legal questions and discovery demands
- Help attorneys prepare for trials, arbitrations, and mediations by gathering key evidence and documents
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or other relevant fields preferred
