Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a full cycles sales role, ideally involving prospecting and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Interest in learning and growing within a scaling company.
- Comfortable with occasional travel (10-20%) to build and maintain relationships.
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for pipeline and revenue targets
- Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, Education and Engineering to execute sales strategy
- Responsible for carrying a quota aligned to specific strategic accounts
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of the pipeline, account plans and activities
- Educate customers on how Hi Marley can benefit them and their insureds
- Partner with the Customer group to ensure customer receives maximum value and adoption
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
- Demonstrate industry expertise on key business issues, processes and trends as well as develop and demonstrate Hi Marley solution domain expertise
- Attend events and conferences to improve the Hi Marley brand visibility and network
- Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within a sales force automation (SFA) system.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with long sales cycles or enterprise-level clients is a plus.
