Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of professional marketing experience, strategy and/or consulting
- Highly organized with strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills – highly proficient in PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Create executive level presentations to gain alignment and support of key stakeholders
- Implement streamlined and automated processes to improve efficiency in how we work
- Commission research and strategize with creative experts to execute high-quality campaign creative, working with both internal teams and external agencies
- Develop strategic briefs and be a champion for the creative—ensuring your campaigns launch flawlessly
- Partner across product marketing, product and campaign delivery to launch key initiatives across multiple lines of businesses
- Synthesize ongoing analytic insights that inform optimizations of marketing tactics
- Collaborate with diverse cross functional teams including creatives, content, product, technology, analytics, field strategy, and the Advisors
Preferred Qualifications
- B2C marketing, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience in strategy: omnichannel marketing, customer loyalty, retention or product marketing, offers strategy
- Understands marketing operations and capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering real-time personalized and dynamic content with measurable business results
