Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-volume client implementations, building strong relationships and capturing business requirements to ensure smooth launches
- Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
- Define and execute implementation plans—including documentation, configuration requirements, and quality assurance checks—to support on-time, successful launches
- Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences
- Monitor and measure performance against key operational KPIs and implementation NPS standards
- Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to support scale and reduce risk
- Identify common roadblocks and propose scalable solutions that improve team efficiency and client outcomes
- Maintain and organize implementation templates, documentation, and best practices for broader team use
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Looker
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
