Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and update client accounts and documentation
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with team members to ensure client expectations are met
- Track and report client account performance and feedback
- Assist with onboarding new clients and updating account details
