Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular updates and support
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure continued satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of services aligns with client expectations
- Monitor client account performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
- Support onboarding and training for new clients when needed
Preferred Qualifications
