Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and expectations
- Track account performance and prepare regular reports for clients and management
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client objectives
