Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in account management or customer relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Manage client accounts and ensure service satisfaction and retention
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Maintain regular communication and build long-term client relationships
- Prepare and present performance reports and updates
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product training when needed
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve client experience
