Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs
- Monitor and manage client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand services or resolve issues proactively
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and account information
- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product/service guidance
