Requirements

• Active Claims Adjuster Insurance License (required)
• Proven auto claims experience, with a strong understanding of policies, practices, and regulations (2 years minimum experience)
• Exceptional training delivery and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences (2 years minimum experience)
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and effectiveness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate interactive training sessions on the claims handling process to include regulatory compliance
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement changes to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Recommend updates to training content and curriculum based on industry trends, company goals, and employee performance data
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to team members as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training materials
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the claims handling process, regulations, and best practices
