Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery or enterprise solution management, with a strong focus on Citrix technologies and managed services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in client-facing strategic roles, with demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level Citrix implementations or services
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology solutions with business value and customer outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and evolution of Citrix managed services by aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives and Arrow’s strategic vision
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver scalable Citrix solutions that meet long-term organizational goals
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional and system design specifications, leveraging use cases to ensure user-centric outcomes and service usability
  • Drive quality assurance across all phases of service delivery — from design through implementation — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency in deliverables
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client data, usage patterns, and business trends to propose forward-looking service enhancements and technology roadmaps
  • Support the Project Manager in defining project scope, estimating effort, and developing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis for proposed initiatives
  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and enhancement of Arrow’s managed services portfolio and Citrix capabilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in Citrix technologies and managed services, shaping long-term client strategies and service models
  • Guide cross-functional teams through complex problem-solving using best practices, industry benchmarks, and innovative approaches
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management/IT Service Management certifications are preferred
