Requirements

  • A strategic thinker with proven experience developing, managing, and building revenue pipelines, as well as be able to recognize client company omni channel experiences and needs that meaningfully impact agency growth across multi-channel sectors.
  • Fearlessness in the face of the undefined and ready to break with conventional process. Excited by opportunities to create new rather than default to plugging-in to existing ones, while leaning towards experimentation. Able to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.   • Deep knowledge of VML’s ecosystem of technology partners and their unique capabilities to solve problems for our clients (i.e. Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Shopify, Sitecore, Aquia Drupal, Optimizely etc.)
  • Must have extensive expertise with the preparation of business quotes, RFIs, RFPs or other sales/new business-related documentation.
  • A champion of team environments that are comfortable with ambiguity and encourage collaboration, especially working cross-discipline.
  • An exceptional communicator, regardless of medium, with an emphasis on storytelling, pitching and presentations, facilitating work-sessions, and articulating and defending strategy and campaign decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a new business strategy and supporting plan for NA.
  • Lead the Enterprise Solutions growth teams in North America, reporting to Global Chief Growth Officer – Enterprise Solutions with a dotted line into the CEO of North America.
  • Ultimately act as the centre of gravity for the entire new business offering for VML Enterprise Solutions in NA, to deliver on revenue targets set for the business.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
  • Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
  • Bringing a fresh and strategic approach to how we best answer our clients brief, looking for new ways to solve client problems through our wider capabilities.
  • Tailor the best possible offering for each opportunity by collaborating closely with colleagues at in NA and offices in other countries and group functions.
  • Communicate the value proposition to prospective clients in a manner appropriate for the target audience of C-Suite executive.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to come up with innovative and engaging ways to market ourselves to prospects and partners alike.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with business and platform partners.
  • Collaborate with the other sales teams (client management) to ensure efficient closing and hand-over of opportunities as well as collaborate around common sales topics.
  • Develop contracts and scopes of work in collaboration with internal teams to help set pricing, client goals, and objectives.
  • Transfer knowledge; share and socialize best practice exemplary work, ideas and solutions within NA and globally.
