Requirements
- 5+ years in a strategic, operational, or product-focused role, ideally at an AI-driven tech company, SaaS startup, or e-commerce innovator
- Experience with C-suite leaders is a plus
- A solid grasp of how AI can impact application layer software and the operations of a business
- Understanding of DTC brands, paid social ecosystems, and consumer behavior in digital commerce
- A proven track record of taking bold ideas from vision to reality, with tangible results to show for it
- Curiosity about what’s next in AI and the ability to translate that into practical, game-changing initiatives
- Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace—ready to pivot, iterate, and execute in real time

Responsibilities
- Lead special projects to enhance Fermat’s platform with next-generation AI features
- Spearhead initiatives to take Fermat into new verticals, geographies, or customer segments
- Keep Fermat on the cutting edge by exploring emerging AI trends and technologies
- Act as Rishabh’s proxy on priority initiatives
- Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring ambitious ideas to life
- Dive into AI advancements, competitor moves, and market dynamics to fuel project strategies
- Manage timelines, resources, and outcomes for every project
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with C-suite leaders is a plus
