Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- BS degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in design, architecture, and engineering of complex distributed intelligence information systems
- Extensive knowledge of multi-nation requirements, methods, and communication
- Expertise in FVEY/REL classification requirements, practices, and disclosure policies
- Expertise in interactive broadcast analysis
- Experience in pattern of life analysis
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer global dissemination pathways routing critical operational data with minimal latency to select potential producers and users
- Identify technical requirements of potential producers and users and possible impacts to IBS consumers worldwide
- Record and document requirements, design diagrams, risks, dependencies, and timelines as applicable to select new producers and users
- Perform analyses of alternatives on hardware and software requirements
- Liaise between foreign partners, IBS-X leadership, and Executive Agent staff on issues regarding network expansion
- Oversee procurement and/or repair of new and current equipment with select partner nations
