Requirements
- 3-7 years experience in developing, executing, and managing Channel Partner Programs and Incentives
- Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong Excel and Salesforce reporting skills
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement channel sales programs collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales programs and analyze performance
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
