Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Channel or Sales Operations/Strategy, or a related role within a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Impartner, Zapier, Workramp, etc).
  • Attention to detail with a proven track record of managing complex processes with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes initiative to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve operational frameworks to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives by improving partner programs.
  • Track, analyze, and provide insights into channel partner performance and program effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain scalable systems and processes alongside the Sales Operations team to support internal workflows and external partner experience.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in partner-related workflows and lead initiatives to streamline and automate operations.
  • Oversee the functionality, optimization, and adoption of the Partner Portal and other engagement tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance teams to ensure channel operations align with company-wide objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing partner enablement programs or working within a channel-driven sales model.
  • Salesforce Administrator or other equivalent certification is a plus.
