Requirements

  • Relevant selling experience or hands-on implementation/architecture experience in a vendor, partner, or service provider role.
  • Ability to influence key partner decision-makers and bridge the gap between traditional middleware and modern iPaaS solutions, as well as API management and microservices architecture.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in a relationship-selling role.
  • Expertise in sophisticated products and services offerings, with knowledge or certification in ETL processes, messaging systems, and cloud integration.
  • Understanding of database technologies, identity and access management (IAM), and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a technology plan for channel partners, including future state architectures, tactical initiatives, and business-relevant technology solutions.
  • Research and communicate technology, industry, and market trends, mentoring partners on their application.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive solutions, including other iPaaS tools and on-premise legacy systems, to efficiently address partner needs; understanding of solutions such as MuleSoft, Informatica, TIBCO, and Oracle SOA is essential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner decision-makers, from executive levels to technical architects and development teams.
  • Support partners in creating and executing go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with Boomi’s strategic objectives.
  • Assist partners with technical discovery, demos, proof of value, and solution architecture.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support the execution of their account plans.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to PAMs and BDMs in aligning partner strategies with Boomi’s offerings.
  • Participate in partner meetings, contributing technical insights and recommendations to enhance partner engagements.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and sales to ensure effective partner support and alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, NetSuite, SAP, or AWS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing partner go-to-market plans and driving measurable outcomes with partners.
  • Strong business development experience and history of building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to drive strategy and implementation of solution architecture for products and services within the partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
