Requirements
- A passion for technology
- Experience maintaining professional relationships
- Microsoft Office – including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Very familiar with SFDC
- Ability to communicate well via phone and email
- Minimum of 2+ years related experience in Channel sales
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Light travel for events and trainings: 5%
- Ability to work with a highly collaborative team
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Utilize SFDC to manage the Opportunity Registration
- Support EMEA countries – anticipate a shift in business hours
- Validate registration requests based on established guidelines
- Take appropriate actions based on validation
- Coordinate with distribution and channel partners on special pricing
- Work with Account Managers to validate end user information
- Work with Partner Business Managers for initial engagement with inbound partner program applications
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Build reports to track progress for Opportunity Registration
- Manage special projects for program growth
