Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles within the EV charging or related industries
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging solutions, technology, and market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively, both internally and externally
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and help drive sales of individual opportunities living under assigned channel partner accounts
  • Establish weekly/bi-weekly cadence calls to review pipeline with partners
  • Quarterly partner visits to establish ‘Go To Market’ quarterly goals
  • Attend in person meetings with partners and our customers to help close deals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reseller partners
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly while exploring new business opportunities
  • Equip reseller partners with the necessary sales tools, marketing collateral, and technical resources
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure partners have updated materials and support
  • Set performance objectives and sales targets for partners
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and collaborate with partners to overcome challenges
  • Stay informed about industry trends, incentives, and market developments
  • Use this knowledge to identify new market segments, potential partners, and areas for growth
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless coordination
  • Share partner feedback to drive product improvements and enhance the overall partner experience
