Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles within the EV charging or related industries
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging solutions, technology, and market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively, both internally and externally
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and help drive sales of individual opportunities living under assigned channel partner accounts
- Establish weekly/bi-weekly cadence calls to review pipeline with partners
- Quarterly partner visits to establish ‘Go To Market’ quarterly goals
- Attend in person meetings with partners and our customers to help close deals
- Act as the primary point of contact for reseller partners
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly while exploring new business opportunities
- Equip reseller partners with the necessary sales tools, marketing collateral, and technical resources
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure partners have updated materials and support
- Set performance objectives and sales targets for partners
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and collaborate with partners to overcome challenges
- Stay informed about industry trends, incentives, and market developments
- Use this knowledge to identify new market segments, potential partners, and areas for growth
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless coordination
- Share partner feedback to drive product improvements and enhance the overall partner experience
