Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in change management or organizational development, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing change management processes that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and plans change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with minimum disruption of business processes.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for projects.
- Create communication, training and transition plans to support change initiatives.
- Implements detailed project plans to manage each phase’s timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments to gauge change impacts.
- Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate change management efforts through KPIs and success indicators, making course adjustments as needed.
- Maintains a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance/Accounting experience preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
