Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in Business Management and/or Change Management roles

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and administration of Wealth Change Management & Adoption reporting requirements through required system and toolsets
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of team processes, standards, governance, templates, and tools and execute on process improvements
• Support change management intake and assessment to maintain comprehensive calendar of change activities for the team to inform timing to maximize impact and minimize overlap of communications and disruptive change
• Develop and maintain Wealth Change Management & Adoption communication toolset (SharePoint, PowerApps, etc.)
• Provide support on changes impacting Wealth COO stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Business Management and/or Change Management roles
• Bachelor’s degree
• SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps knowledge
• Experience in Financial Services Industry
• Ability to multi-task and manage several items simultaneously in a timely and organized manner, with keen attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic project management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
