Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management or organizational development, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage change initiatives and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading teams.
  • Ability to create structured change management plans aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of change management strategies for larger projects.
  • Develop and refine communication and training plans to support change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment, support and engagement throughout the change management process, ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments, providing insights to the Change Manager.
  • Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for various stakeholder groups.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives using established metrics and KPIs.
  • Mentor and support Change Lead 1 team members in their development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
