Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
- 3-5 years of experience in change management or organizational development, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage change initiatives and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading teams.
- Ability to create structured change management plans aligned with business goals.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering complex information clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of change management strategies for larger projects.
- Develop and refine communication and training plans to support change initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment, support and engagement throughout the change management process, ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments, providing insights to the Change Manager.
- Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for various stakeholder groups.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives using established metrics and KPIs.
- Mentor and support Change Lead 1 team members in their development.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
