Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management OR Engineering Degree
- At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel for training
Responsibilities
- Transfer change action data from the customer system to our internal ICM system
- Validate the content of change actions and prepare this data for internal evaluation
- Coordinate the distribution of change actions across the ICM workflow, monitor progress, and promptly escalate any delays
- Facilitate and coordinate internal meetings to resolve any change related issues, improve workflow efficiency and ensure throughput times are met
- Compile the evaluation results and communicate them to the customer in the specified format
- Create reports to monitor evaluation progress throughout the change evaluation process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working experience within intercultural teams
- Certified Change management Professional (CCMP) or Change Management Specialist (CMS)
