Requirements
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a poly upon request
- 3+ years of experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or a related discipline
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
- Certified Instructor (Certifications preferred NASM, ACSM, CSCS) or hold a higher education level than a BS degree
- Experience with both personal and group training
- Experience training and providing advice to a wide variety of people with differing physical capabilities
- Experience creating and managing health education programs
- Experience performing fitness evaluations
- Ability to be positive and have positive interactions with others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct fitness programs at the customers facilities
- Plan and execute health fairs tailored to specific customers’ needs and occupational groups
- Conduct health education briefings
- Perform fitness evaluations
- Assist in the maintenance of fitness equipment
- Develop weekly and monthly reports on metrics, programs, and areas of concern
