Certified Central Processing Assistant – Central Supply – Full Time Evening

Requirements

• One (1) year experience in central processing required
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from the HSPA/IAHCSMM certified by the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
• Knowledge of instruments, autoclave and gas sterilizers
• Physical stamina required. Job involves heavy lifting pulling and pushing of equipment

Responsibilities

• Preparing surgical trays and supplies in a safe and cost-effective manner using established policies and procedures under the direction of the department supervisor
• Executing the cleaning, sterilization, and assembly of equipment, supplies and instruments

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
