Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in a scheduling, customer service, or sales role.
- Internet Connectivity – Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and schedules patient appointments with medical providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Drives clinical priorities forward by making outbound calls to patients, ensuring they are scheduled promptly.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy in scheduling to meet patient needs and provider availability.
- Understands patients’ needs thoroughly and convincingly presents Strive’s care model to encourage appointment scheduling.
- Communicates effectively with patients via phone to provide appointment information, answers questions, and addresses concerns.
- Achieves daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling efficiency and patient adherence to appointment time and date.
- Handles patient inquiries and objections professionally, providing clear and helpful information to facilitate scheduling.
- Reschedules patient appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to their care plan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience, education, or training within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant computer applications.
