Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and schedules patient appointments with medical providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drives clinical priorities forward by making outbound calls to patients, ensuring they are scheduled promptly.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy in scheduling to meet patient needs and provider availability.
  • Understands patients’ needs thoroughly and convincingly presents Strive’s care model to encourage appointment scheduling.
  • Communicates effectively with patients via phone to provide appointment information, answers questions, and addresses concerns.
  • Achieves daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling efficiency and patient adherence to appointment time and date.
  • Handles patient inquiries and objections professionally, providing clear and helpful information to facilitate scheduling.
  • Reschedules patient appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to their care plan.
