Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum) required
- Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
Responsibilities
- Have overall authority for center operations production goals, monitor net yields, and implement improvement plans.
- Monitor donor retention, ensure efficient donor flow, implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage all aspects of financial oversight to include setting annual budget, ensuring center meets monthly financial targets and ongoing cash management goals, and observing cash management, and financial reporting.
- Oversee overall center quality compliance by ensuring the business is inspection ready.
- Participate during all audits with quality personnel and Quality team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
- Follow all HSE and OSHA procedures. Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training.
- Conduct recruitment, training, counseling, and termination. Manage employee turnover within center operations.
