Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of auto liability claims handling experience
- Understanding of full in-depth auto coverage for non-standard claims required
- Auto claims handling experience required
- Claims related computer systems experience required, Guidewire experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build a rapport with unrepresented claimants
- Analyze coverage
- Handle the complete investigation including all necessary recorded statements from all involved parties and witnesses
- Determine liability
- Responsible for both the property damage and injury resolution for unrepresented parties
- Must be able to handle multiple vehicle accidents
- In some instances, handle claims where claimant is injured and at fault party in uninsured
- Must provide excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior bodily injury experience a plus but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
