Cash Flow Enterprise Process Expert – Financial Planning & Management Reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Extensive experience in Cash flow Planning and Management reporting
• Significant experience in cash flow ERP transformation and Business Improvement

Responsibilities

• Support EPL in the design and documentation of cash flow processes, including planning and actual reporting in operating, investing and financing activities.
• Support EPL in developing a cash flow process with data collection embedded at source (ie. ODTC, P2P and R2R) to improve automation.
• Support the design and automation of cash flow forecasting techniques and processes with specificities tailored to different business areas.
• Support the design in delivering actual granularities by MUs, cash flow categories, and identify movement drivers between cash and non-cash.
• Support the design and implementation of performance metrics at both managerial and operational levels.
• Support the design and implementation in STAT to Management cash flow reconciliation.
• Support EPL in implementing best practices for real-time cash visibility and reporting.
• Support EPL in design of treasury short-term and long-term cash flow projections.
• Work with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R), Tax, and Treasury teams to align cash flow processes for actuals and the impact on forecasting.
• Support EPL in transforming design into implementation by partnering with IT, Data and key business stakeholders.
• Collaborate other EPLs to identify process gaps and to ensure an integrated and holistic outcome is achieved.
• Leverage (and develop) subject matter expertise in financial data and Non SAP systems landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industries but not essential
• Experience in both direct and indirect cash flow
• Project management experience
• S4HANA experience
