Requirements
- 1-2 years Customer Service and/or similar background
- Must be self-motivated
- Must maintain high level of accuracy
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers
- Must be able to multi-task various tasks
- Must be able to work under strict deadlines with success
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Daily application of various deposit batches
- Research into remittances that do not relieve balances as a whole as pertains to line-item invoices
- Maintain various backup documents
- Create deduction data on customer accounts
- Input adjustments created by Collections
- Researching open items from previous payments made
- Look into open deduction amounts to confirm if there are available funds or credit open to offset them
- Collaborate with Shared Services departments
- Create and maintain weekly progress reports to update the department
- Attend weekly meetings to address concerns, updates, and resolutions
- Use third party systems, SAP, and S4 for cross cash applications
- Other duties as assigned
