Requirements

- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
- Excel proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor payments email box. Process charges and refunds.
- Gather payment and deduction details through various customer portals.
- Investigate checks rejected by the bank, credit card chargebacks, offsets, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Manage credit card portal
- Create and maintain daily accounting packets for electronic storage.
