Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Capacity Management
- Full-Truckload Experience (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to problem solve, think quickly and make sound business decisions
- Self-motivated with a passion to achieve results
- Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering individual results
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs
- Reach and exceed the required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals
- Establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks/CT Exchange network
- Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration and positive outcomes
- Coach and develop next class/junior members of CTExchange Carrier Sales Team
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
