Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Organization and attention to detail
- Adaptability, multi-tasking ability, and a sense of urgency

Responsibilities
- Responsible for vetting carriers and partnering with those who are deemed safe, accountable, and reliable by all FMCSA standards
- Analyze carrier BASIC percentiles and scores to ensure each carrier is safe to haul freight
- Ensure all carriers are compliant with all safety and contractual qualifications throughout the duration of their partnership with Spot
- Handling finances for the carriers while maintaining a relationship with both carriers and customers at an elevated standard
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the transportation industry preferred
