Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical behavioral health field (i.e., counseling, social work), preferred
• Two+ years of experience in case management, care coordination and/or behavioral health
• Potential for competency in multiple Electronic Heath Record Systems
• Ability to manage one’s own time efficiently
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, not required
