Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or relevant field
  • Proven experience in data operations, data management, or related roles, with a strong understanding of data reconciliation, manual data entry, and data migration processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a team of Care Delivery Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Manage the reconciliation of data sets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Supervise manual data entry tasks, ensuring data is entered accurately and efficiently into relevant systems or databases.
  • Coordinate and oversee data migration projects, including the extraction, transformation, and uploading of data between systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize data operations processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and perform regular audits to validate the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments including admissions, care experience, and compliance to understand data requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams is preferred
  • Knowledge of database systems and tools such as GSheets, Salesforce, and EMRs is a plus.
