Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Echocardiography Technologist by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- At least 5 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical and administrative supervision to a team of technical and administrative staff
- Provide services and echocardiogram exams on hospital inpatients and outpatients
- Coordinate the monthly tech schedules to ensure proper staffing
- Adjust day to day staffing based on resources and department volume for both inpatient and outpatient schedules
- Conduct a monthly quality analysis and review with the staff to ensure proper imaging and measurements are performed
- Work closely with the physician team for feedback

- Strong hospital-based experience
- Strong leadership experience
