- 6+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years as a lead Capture Manager in lieu of degree)
- Understanding of relevant technology and processes focused on Engineering Services, Logistics, Mission-Focused services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud and Cyber solutions, and defense mission focused program support offerings
- Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration
- Experience with SHIPLEY or Modified SHIPLEY Process
- US Citizenship Required
- Secret clearance required to start
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic/priority capture opportunities from $100M to $1B for the Navy and Marine Corps Business Area
- Support solving some of our clients’ biggest challenges
- Help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter
- Play a leadership role and apply the breadth of resources available in the organization to address critical technology and mission challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of recent Navy or Marine Corp capture experience with United States Marine Corps (USMC), Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVSUP or other Navy Commands of successfully winning business in the DoD market
- Experience with $100M+ Enterprise Opportunities
- PMP, SHIPLEY or equivalent certification
