Responsibilities
- Manage projects to improve and expand the manufacturing facility.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including project budgets, purchase orders, monthly cash flow updates, project schedules, and project status reviews.
- Perform technical work related to the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors to support project implementation and production throughput.
- Support the manufacturing facility strategy and capital project roadmap in accordance with the site’s master plan.
- Communicate project status updates effectively to all levels of management.
- Ensure the implementation of Quality and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements during project execution.
- Manage change control processes for new implementation projects.
- Support the analysis and execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in collaboration with other site functions.
