Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of recruiting experience, with expertise in the Early Talent Space.
- Ability to travel locally up to 20% depending on the time of year and business need.
Responsibilities
- Creating, executing, evaluating and optimizing campus recruiting strategy to drive candidate pipeline for Early Career Talent programs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to attract long term early talent to Schwab.
- Advocating for early career talent while helping strategize and lead our on campus recruiting activities in your dedicated markets.
- Partnering with universities to create engaging recruiting/branding events.
- Utilizing outreach activities through platforms like Handshake and Symplicity to drive applications for Early Career Talent programs.

- Deep networking and relationship building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate Schwab’s Employee Value Proposition and industry trends.
- Working knowledge of Handshake, Symplicity, iCIMS and Workday.
