Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Masters Degree Preferred
• Minimum 10 years experience as a Campus President in a post-secondary education setting
• Experience in an Operations Management role leading organizations with P&L/budgetary responsibility in excess of $10+ million and 100 people
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage team members and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Guide campus operations to optimize outcomes (e.g., persistence, retention, completion) and key metrics
• Manage staffing, training, and performance while fostering a high-performance, motivated team and recognizing employee achievements
• Assist in developing campus budgets and operational goals, delivering on P&L targets in partnership with matrix leaders
• Support policy implementation and communication to ensure effective operations
• Develop talent, manage change, and collaborate with leaders to drive consistency
• Ensure employees have necessary resources, programs are compliant, and work with admissions/marketing to maximize student enrollment
• Maintain regulatory, licensure, and accreditation approvals, ensuring adherence to campus policies and procedures
• Set performance and operational standards, lead the leadership team with clear expectations, and drive business results while maintaining alignment with core values
