Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital Ad Operations experience
  • Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to self-prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Excel
  • Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite, any OMS, or LiveIntent beneficial
  • Knowledge of developer tools or HTML beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of all digital ad campaigns for a given sales team, ensuring execution according to insertion orders
  • Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of all third-party tagging
  • Thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns
  • Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimizing against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs
  • Play an active role in tracking revenue at risk and working with digital partners on optimization solutions
  • Stay up to date with the industry to help guide sales and marketers on new products and changes within the digital landscape
  • Maintain expert knowledge on ad specs, ad units, our sites and platforms and translate technical details with internal and external partners as appropriate
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ad Manager and campaign delivery, serving as primary liaison and support for sales operations colleagues

Preferred Qualifications
