Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
- PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Leverages advanced Camera Engineering knowledge to research, design, develop, verify, debug, implement, and/or validate complex camera systems, SW or System tasks (including Camera Image Signal Processor, 3A, Image Quality, Features, and Tuning Tools), algorithms, features, modeling, and optimization.
- Performs architecture, IQ modules, algorithm, and feature decomposition to drive complex requirements and specifications to improve overall image quality for different features.
- Ensures advanced image quality, system performance, and ISP area and power metrics are met. Addresses customer/product requirements in functionality and results. Supports customer features to achieve optimal image quality and identify implementation and/or configuration error.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize camera systems, hardware, and/or software.
- Writes detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions for complex Camera projects to guide users and/or customers to implement output.
